The one line on the floor that is a process as much as a product: water is purified, bottles are rinsed, filled, capped and labeled under continuous control, and a robot stacks the cases for the warehouse.

Nine stops from a tank of raw water to a pallet of cases on the rack.
Batch. A batch is scheduled at the control and display center, which sets the recipe and watches every loop of the process.
Built from industrial equipment.
Real machines
The treatment skid, the filler, the capper, the labeler, the robot and the controls are industrial products, so the line can bottle for real.
Modular by design
Every station stands on casters with leveling feet. Run the process skid on its own for a controls lesson, or the whole line for a shift.
A digital twin
The whole line exists in simulation, process loops included, so students tune and commission it virtually first.
Food-grade handling
Stainless contact parts, sanitary fittings and a clean-in-place routine, so the habits of a food or pharma floor are taught from day one.
