Classrooms. A computer lab and instruction rooms for the theory hours, with the LMS and textbooks already loaded.

Delivered.

Every machine, bench and trainer; fencing and safety guarding; the control center; classroom furniture; the five-course curriculum with instructor guides; Canvas LMS access and textbooks; installation, commissioning and an acceptance test; instructor training before the first cohort.

Site readiness.

Floor space, three-phase power, compressed air, network drops to the floor and classrooms, and a delivery route for crated machines. We go through all of it with your facilities team during the walkthrough, and we measure the room before anything is ordered.

From order to first cohort.

  1. Walkthrough. See a working facility, in person in New Jersey or on video.
  2. Site survey and layout. We measure the room and draw the floor plan around it.
  3. Order and build. The line and trainers are built to the plan. Lead time is measured in weeks, not months, and we confirm it when the order is placed.
  4. Delivery and installation. Crated, shipped, then placed, leveled and wired by our own crew.
  5. Commissioning. Every station is run, every fault is cleared, and the line passes a witnessed acceptance test.
  6. Instructor training. Your instructors run the line for a week before the students do.
  7. First cohort. Semester one starts in the classroom; by semester three the class is on the floor.

After the ribbon.

Instructor training

Before the first cohort, and a refresher each year. New instructors are trained when they join.

Technical support

By phone and video, with on-site visits when a problem needs hands.

Parts and warranty

A spares kit ships with the line, and every machine is covered by a warranty. The term and what it covers are in the proposal and discussed during the walkthrough.
