About
We run one.
Phoenix Industrial Labs was started in Pleasantville, New Jersey, to give young people a real way into skilled manufacturing work, and to give the programs that train them a facility worth the name. America needs technicians faster than it is producing them, and the surest way we know to make one is a classroom that manufactures: real machines, a real product, and a curriculum that puts students on the floor by their third semester. We build that facility, we run one ourselves, and we deliver it as one package.
What we believe.
Learning by doing. Theory in the classroom, then the same week on the bench and the floor. Nobody graduates having only read about a PLC.
