Production line

Every lamp is somebody's order.

A customer's design goes in; a finished, boxed lamp comes out. Laser cutting and engraving, assembly, inspection, packing and coding on one conveyor loop, fed by an automated warehouse and a mobile robot.

Order. A customer's design and text arrive at the control and display center, which schedules the job and follows it around the loop.

Built from industrial equipment.

Real machines

The lasers, robots, controllers, vision systems and sensors are industrial products, so the line can take on outside production work as well as teaching.

Modular by design

Every station stands on casters with leveling feet. Use one on its own for a lesson, or join them all into the full line.

A digital twin

The whole line exists in simulation. Students assemble and commission it virtually first, then move to the real machines.
